• The Product Support Representative will focus on responding appropriately and timely to email and tickets from internal and external customers of the product.
• Provide product support to customers via email and/or chat leveraging internal resources in a timely manner
• Work on cases/tickets according to established departmental practices
• Document all interactions following standard operating procedures
• Improve the quality of the customer experience daily
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Flexible and can work under pressure and can-do multi-tasking.
• Methodical, meticulous, and well-organized
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical abilities
• Persistent and resourceful
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Can render overtime whenever needed
